Your MLS search will begin the next business morning with the criteria
you've entered for the search and will continue for 90 days.  One of our associates will send you an email reminder a week before the 90 day expiration, so you will have the opportunity to extend the search with no problem.

Your initial search will show all properties available (not under contract) in the areas that fit your specified criteria.  Every daily email after the initial search will show newly listed properties and any previous sent properties that have changes such as price or change in status of availability. You will have the ability to save your Favorites and look at the results 24 hours a day.

Your search will also show one of our agent's contact information, just in case you have a question.
